1485’s Food Ingredients & Nutrition division is led by Paul. Before building 1485, he studied Law and then began his recruitment career in 2008 – pretty dark times for the economy in the UK! He got a taste for it though, and built a new market from scratch in an established search firm – Food Ingredients.
Fast forward 12 years and he’s now worked with ingredients companies, flavour houses, VMS suppliers and sports nutrition brands across the UK, Europe and North America, predominantly recruiting in Sales, Marketing, General Management, Technical, Development & Supply Chain.
He loves watching, playing, and talking about all things sport, but especially football, rugby and cricket.
