The Role
National Sales Manager – which has come about through promotion
Managing a team of 7 sales people (and growing) at a range of levels
Some hands-on key account management as well as an overall 8-digit P&L responsibility
Setting the strategy for the team in a time of significant (positive!) change
Giving the team the structure and implementing the processes required to sustain the current (very impressive) growth
Significant opportunity to progress within the business, and at a rapid rate
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who has worked in the B2B arena, selling tailor-made product solutions into the sports nutrition, supplement or health channel – this could be from either an ingredient or product perspective
A strategic operator – a proven history of being able to set a vision and motivate a sales team to achieve it
Someone who can identify improvements to processes and build a solid structure. Experience of a blue chip environment would be beneficial in this sense
Travel-wise, you’ll regularly be on the road, and will also be in the office at least a couple of days a week (south east England), so you’ll need flexibility with travel and nights away where necessary
Someone who demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, who can steer this business through the next stage of its highly ambitious growth plan
