Is a Business Development Manager – based from the office, and when restrictions finally lift, getting out in front of customers too
Needs a consultative approach, thinking outside of the box to offer product solutions to your customers. This isn’t about having a price list and selling as much as you can. It’s about asking commercially-savvy questions to identify volume, margin and the best solution for your customer, creating a win/win for you and them
Is a mix of dealing with incoming enquiries (which are plentiful!) and also developing new business, proactively identifying and approaching target customers
We Are Looking For:
A graduate calibre individual who can demonstrate between 2 and 5 years experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
A track record of over-delivering on your KPIs. This company only hires “Premier League” candidates and as such, you must show how you’ve gone the extra mile at work, as well as having a winning mentality away from work too
The capability of finding solutions for your customers. Anyone can sell from a price list – this role is about recognising what a customer wants and giving them the guidance they need to enhance their own sales, as well as maximising your personal margin
A “can-do” attitude right from the word go. We want someone who solves problems, not asks for answers
Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce would be highly advantageous
An interest in the health and nutrition industry – you might not have sold these products before, but you must have a personal interest in this area
