So you’re an Amazon Operations Exec/Manager? Well today is quite possibly your lucky day!

One of the UK’s most ambitious, creative and dynamic drinks brands need you to be at the forefront of ensuring smooth and efficient operations for their products on the Amazon platform. You’ll get to work across the UK, US and Europe primarily overseeing all aspects of their Amazon presence from inventory management to customer service.

This isn’t just any old drinks company. The campaigns are next level. Normal is boring. They work on a scarcity and drop model, making the role fast paced and exciting. They are out to disrupt the category and change the game forever.

You’ll need some solid experience of having worked in Amazon operations either via brand or agency. Probably about 3 years give or take. Your ability to make data driven decisions and communicate them well with a customer driven mindset will also be key.

Here’s the biggie though… you MUST have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.

But why? (I hear you cry). Because these responsibilities are on you:

• Manage inventory levels on Amazon to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts
• Monitor and analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback to optimise product listings and maximize sales
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely delivery of products to Amazon fulfilment centres
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales
performance on Amazon
• Respond to enquiries and feedback on Amazon in a timely and professional manner,
ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the eCommerce team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches on Amazon
• Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our operations and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, agency support and NPD to drive alignment and achieve business objectives

The brand are based in the North West so you’ll need to be located in or around Greater Manchester to get into the office 3 days a week.

The salary is circa £30-40k base (depending on experience level), 25 days holiday plus range of flexible benefits.
