Food Service Consultant (Remote – Germany)
6 Month Contract (potential to extend)
Guide of 3 days/week (open to negotiation)
This a fast growing, mission driven food company on a bold journey to transform the way the world eats. Born in Silicon Valley and embraced by top chefs, their plant based products are designed to deliver everything people love about meat, without the environmental compromise.
Already a major player in the USA, now they are scaling quickly in Germany and are looking for a foodservice insider who knows how to make things happen.
What you’ll be doing:
This is initially a short term, high impact contract for someone who lives and breathes foodservice. You will help drive distribution, visibility and excitement across the German market, getting our products onto menus and into the hands of chefs and operators who care about taste, quality and innovation.
You will work closely with the Country Lead Germany and have the freedom to move fast, open doors and turn conversations into real listings.
If you have a strong network, commercial instinct and a love of great food, this role has your name on it.
What you will be up to:
- Be the face and voice of a bold food movement in Germany
- Tell a compelling story around their products, purpose and science
- Open doors using your industry network and credibility
- Secure at least 10 new foodservice outlets within your first six months
- Help shape the broader foodservice approach for the German market
- Work closely with delivery platforms such as Wolt, Uber Eats and Lieferando

What you bring:
- Significant experience in the German foodservice world – essential
- A well-stocked contact book across operators (QSR, FSR), wholesalers and decision makers
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a get it done attitude
- Confidence in sales conversations and turning interest into action
- Chef or culinary experience is a big plus
