The Head of Retail Sales role encompasses the management of existing retail accounts in the B2C Division for the manufacture and supply of ambient savoury convenience and health & nutrition products to UK multiples. You’ll develop and implement a 3 year business plan per account in collaboration with the UK category team.
There will also be a focus on new customer acquisition and the development of new strategic ranges either under own label or their own brands.
This role would be suited either to an experienced Senior National Account Manager looking to take a step up or an experienced Head of Sales. Multi channel experience with both branded and own label FMCG is the ideal but not a deal breaker.
You will need to have had P&L responsibility with either Top 4 Grocery Mults or Discounters.
Those with challenger brand or SME experience would likely be the best fit, however if you are from a blue chip background but ready to make the move to a slightly leaner business then go right ahead and apply!
The role is home based. No, really. Not hybrid. You can go to the office if you like but its not really necessary, except on the odd occasion.
Salary is up to £85k dependent on experience, with a car (Tesla) provided, 20% bonus and a strong benefits package to include private health care and a few other flexible perks.
No long, arduous interview processes where you wait weeks for feedback. 2 stages, at least one in person but preferably both.
