Quality Manager

Guide of £40,000 - £55,000
West Yorkshire, England
Hybrid WorkingPensionPrivate Healthcare

There are people who spot problems. And then there are people who fix them before anyone else even notices.

If you’re the latter, read on.

This is a growing name in the vitamins and supplements world — supplying products across the UK and Europe. With flexible working, a tight-knit team and big plans for 2026, it’s a company in which you can really make your mark. As QA Manager, you’ll be the guardian of quality. The person who keeps the wheels turning, the records spotless, and the standards sky-high.

This isn’t a clipboard-at-a-distance job. You’ll be in the mix — working with production partners, 3PL teams, and European colleagues to make sure everything that’s made, moved or stored is safe, compliant and ready to go.

You’ll take ownership of:

  • HACCP tracking, internal audits and non-conformance fixes
  • Keeping the BRCGS standards watertight across sites and partners
  • Batch release, traceability and incident response
  • Day-to-day QA with the 3PL warehouse team
  • Training, quality culture and clear communication across teams
  • Keeping the systems audit-ready, tidy and trusted

You’ll probably have at least 3 years in QA under your belt — ideally in food, FMCG, sports nutrition or supplements — and know HACCP, BRCGS and EU/UK regulations like the back of your hand. You’re calm under pressure, big on detail, and not shy about picking up the phone when something needs sorting.

If you like the sound of a business where quality actually means something, we’d love to talk with you.
