We’re partnering with a growing FMCG business to appoint a Supply Chain Manager who can take ownership of getting stock from supplier to customer efficiently, compliantly and without drama.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering everything from purchase order placement through to delivery, including managing supply from Far East manufacturing partners, international freight, import/export processes and bonded warehouse operations.

You’ll oversee day-to-day supply chain activity, managing a team of two while acting as the key contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers and external supply partners. You’ll be responsible for monitoring freight costs, maintaining accurate landed cost reporting, supporting shipment planning, and ensuring all regulatory and customs requirements are met. You’ll also be comfortable working across Incoterms, with solid practical experience managing shipments under FOB, EXW, DDP and DAP.

The business is experiencing sustained growth of around 20% year-on-year, significantly outperforming its competitors, and this role offers genuine ownership across international supply operations with the opportunity to influence and improve processes as the company continues to scale.

You’ll be joining a hardworking, high-performing culture where strong delivery is recognised and rewarded, including an annual bonus attached to the role. You’ll also report into an experienced leader with decades of supply chain and purchasing expertise – someone well regarded for developing and mentoring their team.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing international logistics, particularly with suppliers based in the Far East, within a regulated environment. It could be an especially strong opportunity for someone who has started stepping into leadership responsibilities, or is ready to take that next step with the right support and development around them.

If you’re experienced in supply chain management and open to hearing more about a role within a growing and ambitious business, we’d love to speak with you.
